Before submitting any order please be aware that there are NO returns or exchanges on customized clothing. We apologize for this inconvenience, but please understand that the item is made to your specifications and will not be resold to any other customers.

In order for all of our customers at Happy T-shirts to continue shopping happily, we ask that you please do the following:

-Make sure to double-check your order information before submitting any customized clothing orders.

-Make sure to check sizing charts, logos and colors.

-Make sure to check that all shipping and billing information is correct upon checking out.

Exchanges are only given if Happy T-shirts is at fault.

In order to be eligible for an exchange it must include one of the following discrepancies:

-You were sent the wrong size.
-You were sent the wrong color.
-You were sent the wrong logo.

If there were any discrepancies with your order please send a photo of the item and a copy of your receipt or order invoice to happytshirtsCA@gmail.com, we will then contact you within 7 business days to correct the issue, and give you further instructions.
